BODY CORPORATE MANAGEMENT

APL Property Queenstown and APL Property Rotorua are recognised for their extensive experience and skills in Body Corporate management and are two of very few New Zealand companies offering specialised Secretarial Services. Both offer Body Corporate Management for residential apartment complexes and commercial buildings. Both also act as Secretary in a range of other shared-ownership organisations, including Incorporated Societies and rural or gated communities whose governance is determined by covenants.
