Denelle Croucher offers a wide range of experience in urban valuation, including commercial, residential and lifestyle properties. Denelle is a Registered Valuer and an Associate of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers (ANZIV). She is also a Senior Member of the Property Institute of New Zealand (SPINZ).

Denelle became a Registered Valuer with Middleton Valuation (now known as CBRE / TelferYoung) in Tauranga. She spent some time working for APL in the Queenstown-Lakes District, and now brings her expertise back to the North Island with a base in Taup?. Denelle offers valuations of commercial, residential and lifestyle properties in the Lake Taup? district and the central North Island.
