As Project Manager we:
- Act as the owner's advocate, and provide leadership in all aspects of project development - establishing planning requirements, concept and detailed design, budgets, tender and contract management.
- Ensure the best people are in the best role with clear lines of contact, responsibility and liability.
- Provide one point of contact - prepare a master programme for the development of the project, signed off concept, detailed design, construction and handover
- Maintain careful control over the scope of the project to avoid adverse impact on cost and time.
- Recognise design ability and identify and deliver specific and critical client requirements that will have a direct impact on the cost of construction.
- Undertake feasibility studies including investment and operational studies.
- Eliminate problems before they happen by understanding a client's business and evaluating throughout the design process.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the client's expectations are met or exceeded.
- Provide clean and transparent project reporting mediums allowing peace of mind for clients.
